Te Tikanga Nui Ō Te Mana Tuku Iho: Supreme Order Of Pacific Inherent Authority holds flag jurisdiction. These are the flags held responsibly for us all by SOoPIA and PIRI. 

1. Āio Te Korekore — Peace & Equilibrium in Eternity 

Āio Te Korekore is the first of the 21 flags carried to Africa, each holding a distinct jurisdiction. This flag holds the Mana-Authority and Pūreirei (restricted area) - jurisdiction of the multi-dimensional IO-verse, and the guardianship of 13th Stargate of The Pacific Ocean called Te Tomokanga ki Ngā Rangitūhaha to Papatūānuku. Also known as Marama Huakina from the Ngāpuhi Wānanga. 

IO is the supreme being. Te Rangitūātinitini and Te Rangi Māruarua are two personifications of IO in Hiva—both names meaning The Essence of the Multi-Dimensional IO-verse. Āio Te Korekore translates to mean Peace & Equilibrium within Eternity.

Te Karawa Āio — IO’s Colours. 

The flag Te Karawa Āio, meaning the colours of IO. It was first flown at Marae Vaeāra‘i (this is where the Rangitūhaha is) from 13–18 July 2025, and later flown at Marae Taputapuātea during the Raro Mata‘i Festival 2025 this was the Unification of Te Moana Nui a Hiva, before approximately 5,000 people, establishing its mana and authority. Te Karawa Āio carries the mana of IO today as a living Whare and a living Priesthood. I would step out on a limb and the only karawa to hold that pūreirei-jurisdiction.

Within the Kāmira Manuscripts of the 1900s, preserved through Te Wānanga Ō Taitokerau and the 13 Katekita-Tohunga of North Hokianga, 650 generations are recorded from Āio Te Korekore to Rāhiri. Thus stands the first flag: Āio Te Korekore — Peace & Equilibrium in Eternity. Straight out of Hokianga.

3. Ngā Taniwha Ō IO - IO's Celestial Spiritual Guardians

The name of this flag is called Ngā Taniwha Ō IO. It is the Taniwha who maintain the energy flowing through Papatūānuku's earth grids. They were put to sleep my the last prophet then reawoken again to reopen the 13th Stargate. This flag is also the Coat of Arms of the Ariki Kahutarara, the Ariki of all Ariki who is only holding space for all Arikitanga. Reason being, there are Arikitanga and Kingitanga that are corporate now and have ceded their Tino IO Arikitanga, Tino Rangatiratanga and Tino Tohungatanga. 

4. Ngā Kuri Pūwharu Āio - These are the dogs of Tamaiwaho. They are also the guardian kuri of IO. 

5. Te Vahine Tuturi Ō Te Moana Mauroa - The Divine Feminine Spiritual Jurisdiction & Authority 

This flag is called "Te Vahine Tuturi Ō Te Moana Mauroa", it is the name of the Wheke or octopus that holds spiritual and celestial jurisdiction and authority over the multi-dimensional IO-verse, Te Tāhora Nui Ō Te Ātea. Marae Vaeāra‘i is the doorway to Rangitūhaha (multi-dimensional IO-verse). Marae Vaeāra‘i is the first marae in Te Moana Nui a Hiva and Te Moana Nui a Kiwa. The original Ariki's name was Te Whatu Tini Ta'aroa. This marae is before the famous international Marae Taputapuātea. On 13th to the 18th of July, 2025 this marae was finally re-opened again after 2000 years of closure. The whānau hapū stand as guardians to protect this marae. This re-opening was a full restoration of IO Te Rangitūātinitini, IO Te Rangi Māruarua. 

6. Pūhaorangi - We who emanate from the Eternal Source of Ngā Rangitūhaha - The multi-dimensional IO-verse.

The name of this flag is Pūhaorangi. Te Kākahi Whakairoiro Ō Ātoroiraʻi is the Te Pou Ō Uruika, Tohunga Tūahuroa named Ātoroiraʻi-1 who was trained on Marae Vaeāra‘i as a High  Priest of the IO Whare Wānanga or Ancient School Of Learning. If your celestial original is Te Whakaheketanga ā Rangi, your tribe Ngāti Ohomairangi, your vessel Ngā Rākau kōtahi-pū Ō Atuamatua then these are your spiritual origins. These are the origins of your ancient schools of learning. This flag holds the jurisdiction and authority of Spiritual Lineage, Whare Wānanga and Tohungatanga within Te Moana Nui a Hiva. 

7. Tumurangiwhenua - The Sacred Trunk The Binds The Spiritual & Physical Multi-dimensional IO-Verse together

The name of this flag is called Tumurangiwhenua. Tumurangiwhenua is the name of the guardian octopus of the entire Pacific Ocean. Tumu means the trunk. Rangi the sky, whenua the land. The sacred pillar that brings the multi-dimensional heavens of IO to Papatūānuku or Planet Earth. This flag holds spiritual and celestial jurisdiction over the entire Pacific Ocean which is 16.5 million km2. This doesnt include Micronesia or Melanesia. Each one of the eight tentacles is a oceanic pathway. And when the tentacles are tied into a top-not. The top not is called Māui Ūpoko Waru. Māui who has eight heads. If you come from the tribe of Ngāpuhi Nui Tonu and have geneology to Kupe. Kupe's father was a Tahua Nui of Marae Taputapuātea. 

8. Te Whare Ariki Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki - The High Paramount Chieftainship Whare Of Kupe

This flag is called Te Whare Ariki Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki - The High Paramount Chieftainship Whare Of Kupe. It holds jurisdiction over the Eight Whare Ariki Of Kupe. They are; Tuamotu, Manuhiki, Rarotonga, Tahiti Nui, Maupiti, Borabora, Ra‘iātea and Aotearoa. In the last 20 years these Whare have created sustainable and enduring relationships with each other. Kupe comes from the Ariki lines of Tamatoa Ariki Te Rangitūātinitini through his father and mother from Rarotonga. 

9. Te Whare Kokorangi Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki - The International School Of Applied Celestial Knowledge. 

The name of this flag is Te Whare Kokorangi Ō Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki - The International School Of Applied Celestial Knowledge. This flag holds the jurisdiction and authority over all the star grids and maps belonging to Kupe. Any waka haurua, and mainstream Waka or boat only ever got to Aotearoa because of the star knowledge Kupe held. 

11. Te Wepu - The Whip 

Te Kooti Arikirangi Te Turuki was one of many prophets from Te Ika a Māui, Aotearoa, Nu-Tireni. Originally from Ngāti Maru, Rongowhakaata. His final prophecy was left on Ōniao Marae in Matatā, Te Awa O Te Atua. He said another person will come after him and complete what he Te Kooti was not able to complete. There were three main things that needed to be fixed in Te Kooti's eyes. The first  is, the Wairua or the spirituality needed to be corrected. Then, the land needed to be healed and restored. Last was the people, so the wairua, the whenua and the tangata all needed to be restored. Then Tino Rangatiratanga will be returned to the people fo Te Ika-a-Māui,  Aotearoa Nu-Tireni. 

12. Ngā Manukura Ariki Ō Te Nukuroa O Te Whenua - The Sacred Birds Of Tāne, of the sky & the ocean of the original continent

This flag is called Ngā Manukura Ariki Ō Te Nukuroa O Te Whenua - The Sacred Birds Of Tāne, of the sky & the ocean of the original continent. Modern people refer to the origin continent of Godwana, we say IO-Wana. This flags holds the jurisdiction and authority over IO-Wana. It also speaks to the fulfillment of the prophecy of Marae Taputapuātea when the Manu ā Tāne, the birds of Tāne would return to re-open the Rangitūhaha, the multi-dimensional IO-verse. 

13. Ngā Manukura O Te Wakaminenga - The Spiritual Protectorate Of The Confederation of The United Tribes

This flag is called Ngā Manukura O Te Wakaminenga - The Spiritual Protectorate Of The Confederation of The United Tribes. The jurisdiction it holds is the spiritual protectorate of Te Wakaminenga. Above this flag is Te Ariki Te Pou Ānuanua. These are the 8 Ariki Rangatira who were the vision and the drive behind the establishment of Te Wakaminenga  Ō Ngā Hapū.

14. Te Kara - The Colours 

Te Kara is the first true flag of Te Ika-a-Māui, Aotearoa, Nu-Tireni. This colour holds the jurisdiction and authority of Nu Tireni through Te Wakaminenga Ō Ngā Hapū, The Confederation of The United Tribes. In 1986 Queen Elizabeth handed back the jurisdiction of Nu Tireni to the New Zealabd Sovereign Company without the consent of the people. Basically the New Zealand Sovereign Company give this jurisdiction to its self. However, the true goverment of Nu Tireni is Te Wakaminenga Ō Ngā Hapū. This body is being ignored. This Kara holds the true jurisdiction. It was given by King George the 3rd to the chiefs. There is an on going struggle for the country to be handed back to the rangatira or chiefs.

This is the Diamond or Pearl of the Pacific, namely Hawaiki.

17. This is the Flag of Tahiti. Te Tikanga Nui Ō Te Mana Tuku Iho has a sovereign Hawaiian flag because from Aotearoa-Nu Tireni, to Hawaii, to Rapanui to Tahiti. This is the Diamond or Pearl of the Pacific, namely Hawaiki. You will see the words Tawhiti Nui a Rua. When the Mauri left Tahiti we referred to it as Tawhiti. Tawhiti Nui a Rua means, Tahiti Nui and Tahiti Iti. The words under that, I anga mai I Hawaiki, means the original Motherland is Tahiti or Hawaiki. 

18. The Pioneer Battalion flag represents the identity, discipline, and collective service of the Pioneer Battalion. 19. The Māori Battalion War Flag was brought to life by Boom Gillies, whose vision and craftsmanship gave it form and meaning. As a soldier of the 28th Māori Battalion, he carried first hand knowledge of the Battalion’s sacrifice and unity. Boom Gillies designed the flag with deliberate symbolism representation of all the Battalions battle sites. He was known as the last man standing, a title that reflected both endurance and legacy. Through his hands, the flag became more than a military emblem, transforming into a living taonga.

20. Ko Te Reinga Te Maunga. Ko Te Reinga Te Tūpuna. Ko Ngāti Te Reinga Te hapū. There is Ngāti Te Reinga that settled their land claims under Te Rarawa Rūnanga. Thats not this flag. Then there is this Ngāti Te Reinga who is Tino Rangatira from IO, to Kupe, from Kupe to Rāhiri, from Rāhiri to the tūpuna Te Reinga. That has not ceded our Tino Rangatiratanga. That is this true jurisdiction of this flag.

21. Te Ahooterangi te tūpuna. Ko Te Uri O Te Aho Te Hapū. That has not ceded its mana to any jurisdiction outside its own Mana Tuku Iho - Inherent Authority.
