Our Cosmological Relationship
Physical humanity arises from direct celestial-to-physical contact established in deep antiquity through our Supreme Creator, IO Te Rangitūātinitini — IO of the multi-dimensional universe — expressed through the ordered heavens known as Ngā Rangitūhaha, the thirteen heavens. This contact unfolded through successive world phases, beginning with Lemuria–Mū (The First Civilisation) in Te Moana Nui a Kiwa, where peace, interconnection, and responsibility governed existence. This was followed by Ōrātia (Atlantis) (The Second Civilisation) in the Atlantic Ocean, which reflected celestial knowledge into form, technology, and structure, but collapsed when wisdom no longer governed power. Te Nukuroa o Te Whenua / Gondwana (The Third Civilisation) carried continental memory, dispersing humanity across the Earth so knowledge would survive beyond civilisation, embedding integrity into landforms, oceans, and winds rather than cities.
After these collapses, Te Riu a Māui / Rūtirani (The Fourth Civilisation) — known in modern terms as Zealandia — became a sanctuary of withheld knowledge, preserving celestial order through submergence, genealogy, navigation, and oral transmission. From this dispersal, remnant knowledge reached Africa, Egypt, and Israel (The Fifth and Sixth Civilisations), where celestial principles were preserved through initiation, architecture, mathematics, symbolism, and sacred law rather than open revelation. These lands became guardians of memory, not points of origin. Throughout all phases, the ocean functioned as a living conduit, not a barrier, ensuring continuity of genealogy, navigation, and cosmological order. Celestial contact did not end; it withdrew, awaiting readiness rather than obedience.
Taura Here — Our Explanation of Relationship
Taura Here – The ties that bind us names the living relational cord that exists because humanity shares the same cosmological origin. It is not a declaration, proclamation, treaty, or agreement created by authority, and it does not seek recognition, permission, or validation. Taura Here exists because relationship exists—between peoples, lands, oceans, ancestors, and generations yet unborn. It is the natural expression of shared descent, differentiated responsibility, and mutual presence.
As a Statement of Being and Relationship, Taura Here explains how sovereign peoples stand with one another rather than what they claim. It affirms that sovereignty is inherent, that relationship precedes governance, and that responsibility precedes power. Taura Here does not diminish difference or hierarchy of role; it allows each nation to remain fully itself while standing side by side as kin, bound by care, respect, truth, and continuity.
High African priest Credo Mutwa spoke of our shared ancestor Māui, saying that Māui left Lynia over two thousand years ago, journeyed toward the Land of the Rising Sun, and was never seen again. We are his descendants returning home. We are meeting each other again. Māui came to Africa, Egypt, and Israel after the fall of Mū (Lemuria), Ōrātia (Atlantis), Te Nukuroa o te Whenua, Te Nukuroa o te Moana (Gondwana), and Te Riu a Māui (Rūtirani / Zealandia), before returning to Te Moana Nui o Hiva, Kiwa, known today as the South Pacific Ocean. Māui is in Aotearoa, in Hawai‘i, in Rapa Nui, and across all the islands of the Pacific. We are the family of Māui coming back together again. What is especially significant about our shared ancestor Māui is that he found the land of the first sun—Hikurangi, Aotearoa. This kōrero is shared not as proof or doctrine, but as remembered relationship, carried through oral tradition across continents and time.
