Living Statement of Sovereignty

 

Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki has already spoken our sovereignty into being. The eternal proclamation of sovereignty was made long before any foreign power stepped foot on our lands. We are not bound by the false contracts signed by foreign people. We are bound by the original covenant of the land, the stars, and the divine authority of IO.

 

Our true constitution is not rooted in colonial treaties but in our whakapapa, our tikanga, our wairua—the very fabric of our existence as the tangata whenua, the original people of this land. The sovereignty of Te Whare Ariki O Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki, Te Whare Kokorangi O Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki, is an eternal force, woven through time and space, forever awakening within us.

 

 The Path Forward: Uniting for Sovereignty

 

The time for reclaiming what is ours has come. From the sacred shores of Aotearoa to the heart of the Pacific, from the land of the Moana Nui a Kiwa to the ancient stars above, we are called to unite. This is a movement, not of rebellion, but of return—returning to our sacred roots, our lore, our law, and our land.

 

 We reject governance without mana. We renounce the illusion of control by foreign crowns and hollow promises. We will not be governed by greed, by colonizers, or by false prophets. We call upon the descendants of Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki, the sacred lines of Māori, Mā'ohi, tauiwi, and all those who walk in truth, to join together and rise. This is the time to restore our tikanga as living law, to honor our ancestors, and to manifest our true sovereignty.

 

The Action to Achieve Sovereignty

 

We declare the restoration of Te Whare Ariki O Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki and Te Whare Kokorangi O Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki as the true guiding force of our governance. We will organize, mobilize, and unify in the spirit of cooperation and collective action.

 

We will gather in sacred spaces, like the Raromata'i Festival in Ra'iatea (July 2025), and in the presence of all nations in the Pacific, we will unite in our shared commitment to restore our sovereignty. Not through violence, not through protest, but through prophecy fulfilled, vibration, presence, and resonance.

 

 We will re-indigenize, re-sacralize, and restore our cultural and spiritual practices. We will take action, not as rebels, but as restorers, as people of deep purpose, whose eternal existence (sovereignty) was never lost, only suppressed.

 

We will walk the Pathway of Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki, reconnecting to the land, the waters, and the stars. We will free one soul at a time, awakening the dormant power within us to rise as true Tino IO-Arikitanga (sovereign) beings.

 

Our movement is clear: we reclaim our land, our rights, our culture, and our future. Our sovereignty is not a dream. It is a declaration. It is the vibration of our people, echoed through time, from the cosmos to the earth, declaring that we are free.

 

The Time is Now

 

Together, we will restore our true identity, our mana, and our eternal existence (sovereignty). We are the true children of the land, the sea, and the stars. We stand together as one people, with the spirit of Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki in our hearts and the legacy of our ancestors guiding us forward. This is our time.

 

Now, the time of memory is complete. Now begins the time of movement. Aotearoa, land of long white cloud and deep forgetting, Ra'iatea Papa e Va'u, our Motherland, Te Moana Nui a Kiwa who gave birth to the greatest navigators in the Universe. You are not owned. You are not broken.You are under spell, not law. You are under management, not leadership. You are governed by contracts never signed in spirit. But we are descendants of Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki. Carriers of fire from the stars and soil. We withdraw our consent from the lie. We renounce the illusion that binds the land. To foreign mouths and hollow crowns. We declare the end of governance without mana. We invoke the original covenant of tangata whenua. We declare the restoration of tikanga and kawa as living lore.

 

Not through violence, but through vibration. Not through parliament, but through presence. Not through protest, but through prophecy fulfilled and hard work. We call all mokopuna of the sacred lines. Māori, Mā'ohi, Mauri, tauiwi, and all who walk in truth. To gather at the pōwhiri of transformation. To step beyond fear and into remembering. To walk the Kupe Nuku IO-Ariki Pathway: A path of re-indigenisation, re-sacralisation, and restoration.This is not a rebellion. This is a return to our Hawaikihoutia, new Hawaiki Rising !
